Rachel is our Administative Assistant
She and her husband Paul Griebenow are recent transplants to the Pacific Northwest from the southwest desert. Rachel is a lifelong Methodist, as her father is a Methodist minister in New Mexico. She has done administrative work for a nonprofit humane society for a number of years, and is excited to join the LUMC team.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys writing screenplays and filming backyard movies with her friends, raising miniature goats, riding horses, and hiking with Paul in the beautiful northwest. They live in a Tiny House in the Big Woods, and can often be found cooking adventurous new recipes together, as Rachel is firmly convinced that she married the best cook in all of the land.
